Occupancy

• Wedgewood includes up to 8* including children.
• Eagle Valley includes up to 8* including children.
• Chertsey includes up to 6* including children.
• Capital Getaway includes up to 6* including children.

* Occupancy limits can be exceeded with written permission of management. Add $25 per night for each person when exceeding the included number of guests (6-8).

Reservations & Payment

Reservation may be made by an adult, at least 25 years of age, by telephone only. Call 1-612-750-8877 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily, Central Time. Payment may be made by telephone with a credit card. A deposit is due at the time of reservation. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellations

A cancellation may be made by telephone only. Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival will be assessed the amount of the reservation/damage deposit. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival – no refund will be given – unless the Vacation Home is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period.

Groups

We do not rent to high school or college student groups (fraternities, sororities, etc.) or any other group that intends to use the vacation home as an “excessive drinking and/or party” place.

Health and Safety

All bedrooms have egress windows. Smoke detectors are supplied near each bedroom. Fire extinguishers are supplied. All homes have carbon monoxide detectors.

Cleaning

A thorough cleaning is done after each guest leaves. Bathrooms are thoroughly disinfected and all linens are washed. Daily maid service is not available. To view our extensive cleaning checklist click to view.

Smoking

Sorry, smoking is not permitted inside or outside the home on any wooded decks or structures.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Snowmobiles & ATV’s

The use of Motorized Recreational Vehicles (snowmobiles, dirt bikes, ATV’s, etc.) is not allowed anywhere around the lake home at any time. Storage on a trailer is permitted.
